This digital marketing lover, coffee aficionado, and game night competitor is bringing her talents and fun personality to our dynamic San Diego team.  

We’re happy to welcome Brittany Hill to the Out & About Communications team as our Digital Marketing Assistant. Brittany is a recent graduate of Point Loma Nazarene University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration–marketing.

Brittany grew up in Irvine and moved to San Diego to pursue her degree. After falling in love with America’s Finest City, she’s decided to stay and build a life and career here, doing her favorite thing — helping companies optimize their digital marketing strategies.

Here’s a little bit more about our newest team member.

Why did you decide to pursue marketing?

I decided to pursue marketing because I really enjoy introducing people to amazing brands. Being able to show off different companies, create content and campaigns, and run social media for companies has been an absolute dream.

What excites you most about being a part of the Out & About team?

I’m so excited to be a part of the Out & About team simply because this company is all about people and it’s created an authentic and genuine atmosphere for clients and team members.

Before I interviewed, I did a social media analysis of the company to learn more, and after that, my desire to work here grew even more. Out & About loves to be real without attempting to fit the mold of its clients or other marketing agencies. I’ve never been a part of a team that’s been able to showcase its vibrant personality as beautifully as Out & About.

When you’re not working, what do you like to do when you’re out and about?

When I’m not working, I love exploring all San Diego has to offer, especially discovering new and fun coffee shops. I love hanging out with friends and doing game nights. (I’m very, very competitive!)

Also, my favorite thing to do in the whole world is watch the Denver Broncos play. I grew up watching them with my dad and brothers and am hooked! Go Broncos!
