Johanna Badilla

Hi, I’m Johanna Badilla, a project manager for Out & About. In my role, I help organize the tasks and deadlines that bring ideas to life with real-world results for our clients. I’m passionate about being involved in projects from start to finish, building relationships with clients, and collaborating with our creative, knowledgeable team.

While pursuing my bachelor’s degree in communication from San Diego State University, my love for marketing grew as an intern helping a local cosmetic company grow its online storefront. Later, as a marketing assistant for a biotech firm, my experience expanded with additional skills such as event planning, advertising, and strategy development. Each day brings new opportunities to be creative and learn in an ever-evolving field, which is what excited me about my job. 

When I’m not working, I enjoy portrait photography and outdoor activities with my husband and my son, Sasha.
