An Intentional Approach to Marketing

It Starts With The Big Picture

We created the 4-Rings FrameworkTM, which narrates our approach to how we do business. At the core, we believe that every tactic, large or small, should map back to the business strategy. This impacts everything, from our at-large recommendations down to the day-to-day tactics. When you partner with us, you'll see the 4-Rings come up often, shaping how we work together.

Tell Me More. How Does It Work?

Business Strategy

Your team will outline the business strategy, forming the foundation and giving direction for where you want to go. If the business strategy shifts, the marketing strategy, projects, and measurables will all shift accordingly.

Marketing Strategy

The marketing strategy is informed directly by the business strategy. It frames the target market, unique differentiators, and how you want to be positioned amongst your competition. All of this will then inform the specific project recommendations.

Projects

Once the marketing strategy is in place, a project plan will drive the projects and the day-to-day tactics. Putting action behind them let the marketing strategy take flight. This stage is what the public sees and these deliverables will influence how you're perceived in the market.

Measure

As the saying goes, you can't manage what you can't measure. Defining objectives and key KPIs upfront lets us track what's important. This allows us to track lessons learned and adjust the course as we proceed.
