Alessandro Russo

Hi, I’m Alessandro Russo, a digital marketing assistant at Out & About. I support the team with everything from content scheduling and updating design files to research and data analysis. I enjoy helping things run smoothly behind the scenes and making a difference during busy moments. With a background in event marketing and economics research at the University of California San Diego (UCSD), I’ve developed a blend of creative and analytical skills that help me connect storytelling with data. I’m adaptable, detail-oriented, and enjoy bridging the gap between creativity and data.

I’m also pursuing a degree in economics and finance and a master’s in public policy at UCSD. I’ve always been curious about how strategy and communication work together to drive results, which drew me to this field. Outside of work, I love surfing, cooking Italian food, and exploring art exhibitions for inspiration. I’m also a longtime soccer fan and excited to cheer on San Diego FC!
